Pankaj Gupta co-founded the Food and Soul (FNS) with a vision to revolutionize the culinary landscape in the country.

He created this company after over two decades of work experience as a renowned management person. He took his expertise and turned it into this Delhi-based catering company, FNS. His initiative was to satiate all six senses by bringing palatable cuisines, at your doorstep. His efforts have crossed boundaries and have whipped up a global gastronomic odyssey in many parts of the country.

Under his leadership, FNS is recognized for its opulent gourmet artistry. An influencer of haute cuisine, his oeuvre is to cook scrumptious treats by playfully molding local cuisines with an international zing. He has successfully recreated cuisines ranging from luscious Kashmiri to delectable dishes from Kerela. Every dish at FNS is customized with an effort to reshape the spirit of the cuisine, to leave you with the ultimate sensorial experience and give you a new taste for life.

A powerful, self-motivated, professional guy with an unquenchable thirst to work to the best, his efforts in organizing, collating and coordinating work results in well-deserved fruition and brings forward a sense of unity at the team. A renowned person in event industry, he is responsible for the authentic smiles and the inordinate applauses Food and Soul is known and grateful to receive.

Vikas Chauhan

Every epical fairytale always has a Rely-On Man, a man who handles the best of the best and the worst of the worst in every possible situation. The front man of the Company is Vikas - our Executive Chef and sole backer. He is responsible for baking the taste of life into the FNS crusts, adding the spices of variety into the recipes, and molding the aroma of divine dining into the batters. He adds spice to the variety of life and exuberance to the tip of your taste buds.

Amit Mittal

A gentleman with a thirst for success, Amit is another one of our key member of the team who is always up for the painstaking tasks our perfectionist cuisines require. He puts in his heart and soul into every meal, every collaborative, every function - and has the reason to bask in the sunshine when FNS is praised for its many works. Amit is a man of many tastes, and his aspirations and inspirations for perfection are another contributing factor to the Food and Soul Company's successes.

Dhan Singh

As one of our superior managers, he has lived up to his designation and expectations as being one of the finest and brightest young minds in our team. He has a taste for perfection, and an image for impeccability. He began his career as an Assistant Manager and slowly paved his way to the well-deserved top. His work, mechanisms and methods of functioning are one of the many reasons the Food and Soul is where it is today, and where it hopes to be for the near future.
